থ্রি-ডি(3D) বা ত্রিমাত্রিক সিনেমা || Three-D (3 D) or three-dimensional movies

আমরা দুই চোখে দেখি বলেই 3D দেখতে পাই ।এক চোখে কখনো 3D দেখা যায়না । আপনার এক চোখ বন্ধ করে আপনার একটি হাত নাক বরাবর কাছে দূরে নিন দেখবেন দূরত্ব সঠিক ভাবে পরিমাপ করতে পারছেন না । কিন্তু দুই চোখে তা খুব ভালভাবে পারছেন । আমাদের দুই চোখ মস্তিস্কে একই বস্তুর দুটি ছবি পাঠায়।

ছবি দুটি সামান্য ভিন্ন । মস্তিস্কে ছবি দুটি একটির উপর আরেকটি আপতিত হয় । তখন বস্তুটি সম্পর্কে আ…মাদের 3D ধারণা স্পস্ট হয় । এই ধারনাকে কাজে লাগিয়ে 3D মুভি ও গেম বানানো হয় । আমাদের দুটি চোখের দুরত্ব যতটুকু ততটুকু দুরত্বে দুটি ক্যামেরা রেখে ভিডিও করা হয় [3D এনিমেশনেও দুটি ভিডিও থাকে ]।

বাম পাশের ক্যামেরা দিয়ে করা ভিডিও হয় লালছে আর ডান পাশের ক্যামেরা দিয়ে করা ভিডিও হয় নীলছে । এরপর দুটি ভিডিও একই সাথে একই মনিটরে প্লে করা হয় । কিন্তু এটুকুতেই হয়ে গেল তা নয় । আসল কাজটাই বাকি রয়ে গেল । এখন দেখতে হবে কেমন দেখা যায় , আসলে 3D হয়েছে কি না ।

মনিটর অন করে দেখলাম কোথায় 3D , এতো 2D দেখা যাচ্ছে । ও, 3D চশমা পড়তে ভুলে গেছি । 3D চশমার বাম চোখের কাঁচ হয় লালচে আর ডান চোখের কাঁচ হয় নীলচে । ফলে বাম চোখে দেখা যায় শুধু বাম পাশের ক্যামেরা দিয়ে করা ভিডিও আর ডান চোখে দেখা যায় শুধু ডান পাশের ক্যামেরা দিয়ে করা ভিডিও ।

মস্তিস্কে দুটি ভিডিও একটির ওপর আরেকটি আপতিত হয় এবং বস্তুটি সম্পর্কে আমাদের 3D ধারণা স্পস্ট হয় । এভাবেই তৈরী হয় 3D মুভি ও 3D গেম ।
