কর্মকর্তাদের ফেসবুক ব্যবহারে নির্দেশনা || Instructions officials using Facebook

ঢাকা: সামাজিক যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম ফেসবুক ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সরকারি কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারীদের জন্য সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে কিছু দিক নির্দেশনা দেওয়া হয়েছে।
মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগ থেকে গত ২৮ অক্টোবর জারি করা এক প্রজ্ঞাপনে এ বিষয়ে পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
এটি বিভাগীয় কমিশনার ও জেলা প্রশাসকদের কাছে পাঠানো হয়েছে। মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগ সূত্রে এসব তথ্য জানা গেছে।
দিক নির্দেশনায় বলা হয়, 'ব্যক্তিগত' অথবা ‘পেশার সঙ্গে সংগতিপূর্ণ নয়’—এমন বিষয়ে ফেসবুকে ছবি ও লিখতে পারবেন না সরকারের মাঠ পর্যায়ের কর্মকর্তারা। শুধু উদ্ভাবনমূলক ও সরকারি কাজের ইতিবাচক দিক নিয়ে লিখতে ও শেয়ার করতে পারবেন কর্মকর্তারা।
প্রসঙ্গত, ফেসবুকে সম্প্রতি সরকারি একজন কর্মকর্তা একটি ছবি পোস্ট করেন। ওই ছবি তাঁর পেশাগত অবস্থানের সঙ্গে সংগতিপূর্ণ নয়। এ নিয়ে কিছুটা সমালোচনার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে গত মাসে বিভাগীয় কমিশনারদের সমন্বয় সভায় এ বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়। ওই সভার পরই ২৮ অক্টোবর ফেসবুক ব্যবহার সংক্রান্ত ওই পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
